WEEKLY EVENTS:

Monday’s – The weekly Smarty Practice  is held here every Monday, weather permitting, starting at 6pm. Cost is $10.

Monday’s – The weekly Roping Practice is held here every Monday, weather permitting, starting at 7pm thru 9pm. Cost is $20 for first horse and $10 for each additional horse. 

Tuesday’s – The Women of Faith Bible Study meets every Tuesday, here at the church, beginning with snacks and fellowship at 6:30pm and the study begins at 7pm and lasts one hour.

Wednesday’s – The Youth meets at the church every Wednesday night from 6pm thru 8:15pm. Meals are provided. For more info, contact Travis Smith, Youth Pastor, at 817-550-3622.

Wednesday’s – The weekly Round Pen Bible Gathering will be held at the church starting at 6:30pm. 

Thursday’s – The  Barrels Practice is held every Thursday night in in our Arena, weather permitting. Practice begins at 6:30pm.  Cost is $10 for all you can ride. For more info, contact Tonya Nitzel, Barrels Team Leader at 405-777-8953.

Thursday’s – The Love & Respect Bible Study is a  couple’s bible study and is held here at the church every other Thursday at 7pm. For more info, please contact Crystal Whiteside at 817-996-6040

Friday’s – The weekly Sorting Practice is held here every Friday, weather permitting, starting at 6:30pm. Cost is $25 for all you can ride or $5 per single ride. 

 

COMING SOON:

May 23 – The next Ranch House Cowboy School will be held at AFCC Headquarters in Waxahachie, TX on Saturday, May 23. The church will be providing transportation for all who want to attend. The school is from 9am thru 4pm so the buses will be leaving the church no later than 6:45am. There is no charge for this school. This school is an awesome way to learn the structure that makes up the Cowboy Church way of life and is highly recommended for all to attend. There is a signup sheet in the front foyer. Those that must attend are the newly appointed Team Leaders/Lay Pastors, however, everyone is invited AND encouraged to attend. There will be classes for anything/everything pertaining to the Cowboy Church. There will be a signup sheet in the foyer beginning April 15. May 23 - This will be our first Team Roping at BTCC for the season. Books open at 8:30am and remain open til the event starts at 10am. $60 per team. #8, #10 and #12 slide. 3hd progressive after 1. Multiple entries welcome!

May 24 - There will be a Hospitality Meeting directly after services to discuss 5th Sunday meal. If you are a member of this team or would like to volunteer your services, please plan on attending this meeting.

May 28 – The Love & Respect Bible Study will be held here tonight at the church starting at 7pm. This couple’s bible study every other Thursday. For more info, please contact Crystal Whiteside at 817-996-6040.

May 31 – Today, during services, we will have a brief ceremony to honor the Graduates for 2015. Please plan on attending and bring a guest!

May 31 – This is the final date for BTCC to collect clothes for the Manna House clothing drive. Please have all your freshly laundered clothes, shoes, belts, etc. here at the church by this date and thank you for participating.

May 31 – Today will be our 5th Sunday Fellowship Meal. We will be serving brisket sandwiches, chips, drinks and desserts. Please invite your friends and plan on staying after services to break bread with us full of fellowship and friendship. Everyone is invited!

May 31 – Today will also be our next Blood Drive which will begin immediately following services.

May 31 – The Youth will be doing their annual Kid Auction for Work program. This is where you can bid on our older kids in the Youth Group to come and provide a supervised day of work for you, at your choice, such as raking leaves, cleaning stalls, cleaning gutters, etc. And, as usual, all monetary donations will be greatly appreciated. May 31 – The Youth will be doing their annual Bake Sale. This bake sale will take place during the 5th Sunday Fellowship meal. And, as usual, all monetary donations will be greatly appreciated. ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE USED FOR AFCC CAMP IN JULY. If you can donate any baked goods for this sale, please contact Travis Smith, Youth Pastor, at 817-550-3622.

June 6 – Today will be the scheduled work day from the Youth Auction. All youth that were auctioned off should meet at the church by 8:30am with a sack lunch. All winners of the Youth should plan on picking up their workers by 9am here at the church and should plan on bringing them back by 2pm. June 7 – Today will be the monthly Arena Team Meeting directly after services. If you are a member of this team, or are interested in any of the events scheduled, please plan to attend this meeting.

June 11 – The Love & Respect Bible Study will be held here tonight at the church starting at 7pm. This couple’s bible study every other Thursday. For more info, please contact Crystal Whiteside at 817-996-6040.

June 13 – The CHL Class is set here at the church. The cost of the class will be $75 unless there is 15 plus students, and then the price will drop to $65. There will be a $25 deposit due upon signup, along with valid driver’s license. Class will begin at 9am and should be finished by 2pm. Students should bring an unloaded weapon with 50 rounds of ammo, ear and eye protection. They should also bring water and sack lunch. The instructor will have weapons available for rent, as well as discounted ammo ($15 ammo fee is mandatory if renting instructor weapon). Classroom and shooting will be done all in one day.

June 14 – Today will be the final VBS Meeting directly after services. If you are an active participant in any role for Vacation Bible School, or would like to be a part of VBS, please, it very important for you to attend this meeting.

June 14 – This is the final day for us to collect food for the Center of Hope Food Drive. Please have all your canned goods here by this date and thank you for participating.

June 16-June 18 – VBS will be here at the church beginning June 16-18 from 6pm thru 8:30pm. Our theme this year is Hometown Nazareth. Every child is invited and encouraged to bring friends, neighbors, relatives, anyone at all! Ages range from 3 years old thru Fifth Graders. So parents, plan on bringing your kiddos to experience our Hometown Nazareth, where we will have our classes, games, crafts, a barnyard of live animals, shops relative to the times such as the Olive Oil shop, the Farmer’s Field, the Rock Quarry, the Bead Bazaar, the Dye Shop, the Carpenter Shop, etc. There will be great fellowship, food and fun! So, hope to see you all there (and we still have quite a few openings for VOLUNTEERS. So if you can spare us the 3 days, or even 1 or 2, please contact Janet Walker at 817-599-7377.

June 21Father’s Day. Don’t forget about dear old Dad! Bring him to church, we would love to meet him.

June 28 – We will be having our Dedication Service for our new Sanctuary on this day. Back by popular demand, Grandpa’s Neighbors will be here to perform, along with our awesome band, Branded by Grace. We hope everyone can join us in dedicating this beautiful new building.

June 28 – Our final Mutton Bustin’  of the season will be held Sunday, June 28, beginning at 6:30pm. Concessions open at 6pm. Cost is $20. Calf Riding will be immediately following the Mutton Bustin’. Cost is $25. Chute Dogging will be held in the Arena immediately following the Calf Riding. Cost is of Chute Dogging Jackpot is $5. BTCC Women of Faith Bible Study will have it’s next gathering Tuesday, May 26, here at the church with a new study entitled: FREEFALL TO FLY Bible Study. We invite and encourage all ladies to attend, and invite a friend, family member and/or co-worker. We start at 6:30 with some snacks and fellowship and then dig into the study at 7pm and will be finished by 8pm. Hope to see you all there!

THE FOOD DRIVE WILL CONTINUE TO RUN THROUGH JUNE 14. WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING CANNED GOODS OF VEGGIES, TUNA, CHICKEN, ETC. AND JARS OF PEANUT BUTTER, JELLY, ETC. PLEASE CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE ON EACH ITEM AND HAVE ALL ITEMS HERE AT BTCC ON OR BEFORE JUNE 14.
